Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

To be eligible for a return, your cap must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also needs to be in the original packaging.
Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes gift cards and some health and personal care items.

Orders cannot be canceled once they are marked as complete. “Order complete” means the product has been handed over to the shipping company, and we no longer have control over it.

Refunds can only be issued for requests made before the product is handed over to the shipping company, if the package is not received, or under other conditions specified in our policy.

Requirements for a Valid Refund

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds Process

Once your item photos are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Refunds Only: We now only offer refunds instead of exchanges. If you encounter any issues with your item, we’re here to help you get it sorted. Simply reach out to us via email at [email protected] to initiate the refund process.

Documentation Required: To streamline the refund process, we kindly ask for a clear photo of the item that clearly shows the problem, along with any relevant details. Please ensure that the item is photographed without being used, as this will help us assess the issue accurately.

How to Initiate a Refund:

  1. Send us an email at [email protected] detailing the issue with your item.
  2. Attach clear photos of the item, highlighting the problem.
  3. We’ll review your request promptly and guide you through the refund process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

Please refrain from sending the item to our support email [email protected]. Instead, kindly email us a photo of the damaged item. The picture should be taken immediately after unpacking the shipping package. Please note that we cannot process refunds for used items.
